These Terms of Service govern your use of the AURE platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the AURE platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Platform Description
AURE is an AI-powered procurement platform that connects buyers with suppliers. Our services include: RFP creation and management tools, AI-powered supplier matching, offer analysis and comparison, procurement analytics and reporting, and communication tools between buyers and suppliers.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the platform for any illegal purpose; submit false or misleading information in RFPs or offers; attempt to manipulate AI matching or scoring systems; scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform without permission; interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access.
Intellectual Property
The AURE platform, including its AI algorithms, design, and content, is owned by AURE and protected by intellectual property laws. Your procurement data remains your property. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide our services.
Limitation of Liability
AURE provides AI-generated recommendations and analysis as decision-support tools only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI matching scores or risk assessments. Users are responsible for their own procurement decisions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days, after which it will be deleted.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
